Delivery

We aim to get your plants to you as quickly as we can.

We pick orders at 7:00 AM every weekday and ship via next-day delivery.
Orders placed after 7:00 AM are shipped the next day.

For example, an order placed on Monday at 7:10 AM will be shipped 
Tuesday and arrive Wednesday.
Orders placed morning will be shipped Monday and delivered Tuesday. 

We cannot control the couriers, and once the safely packed plants are in transit, they are in the couriers hands. If you have problems with your delivery being missing or damaged in transit, then please email hello@whatplant.co.uk and we will look into it for you.

Please unpack your plants as soon as they arrive. We will not accept returns on plants that have been left in packaging.

We only delivery to mainland UK. We do not deliver to Ireland, Jersey/Guernsey, or any other islands.

Live Plant Shipping & Refund Policy

1. No Return funding
We do not accept any responsibility to pay for return costs of plants once delivered. Because these are live plants (perishable, fragile), we do not permit general returns of plants once delivered.
2. Delivery
Plants will be left at the delivery address even if no one is present. Delivery to the provided address counts as successful delivery. Please leave instructions for courier regarding safe place or alternative address. We will not be liable for theft after delivery. Remember these are live plants and will need removing from packaging as soon as you get them. 
3. Wrong Address
If an incorrect address is entered by the buyer, What Plant is not responsible. No refund is due in this case.
4. Non-Delivery
If tracking confirms non-delivery or the parcel is lost in transit, we will replace or refund the order. If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled, unless there is courier confirmation of error.
5. Damaged or Dead Plants
If plants arrive damaged or dead, the buyer must provide photos within 24 hours of
delivery showing: - The plant (overall and close-up) - The packaging - The delivery label/tracking number. Once verified, we will refund or replace the order. (Note: Dead flowers or leaves are not considered as dead plants or damage)
6. Wrong Plants Sent
If a customer receives the wrong plant, they must notify the seller within 24 hours with photos. If verified, we will send the correct plant or issue a refund. If the customer agrees to keep the wrong plant, a partial refund can be offered with photographic evidence, as long as credit/refund evidence is provided
from the seller to the end customer.
